More Personal Service. More Modern Technology. Regions Bank Unveils Modern Dickson Branch

Regions’ latest investment in Middle Tennessee is designed to provide more convenient service.

By Kim Borges | March 18, 2021

DICKSON, Tenn. –  March 18, 2021 – Regions Bank on Thursday unveiled its latest modernized branch in Tennessee. The newly opened Dickson location at 123 Beasley Drive replaces Regions’ former branch at 116 Mathis Drive.

Featuring a contemporary design, Regions’ experienced local banking team, and enhanced technology, the completely reimagined location introduces video banking services and more. The technology investments offer the added convenience of expanded hours to complement the personalized service provided by local bankers.

“The value provided by our dedicated banking team, combined with the significant technology advancements we’ve developed, represent a service game-changer for our Dickson customers,” said Melanie Blank, consumer banking executive for Regions in Middle Tennessee. “It is about listening to our customers’ needs. We’re focused on providing a variety of options offering our customers the ability to bank when, how and where it works best for them.”

The branch offers two Regions Video Banking ATMs, one in the drive-through and one inside the foyer. The foyer is accessible after hours by scanning a debit or credit card with a magnetic stripe for entry.

Through these ATMs, customers can choose standard service – or they can connect with a Regions video banker via live, two-way video for personal service during an expanded set of hours. Regions video bankers can answer customers’ questions, provide account maintenance, process transactions, and more – all in real time.

Regions video bankers are available from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. CT on weekdays. They are also available on Saturdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT and Sundays from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT. Holiday hours are 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT as well.

Further, one Regions DepositSmart ATMs® is conveniently placed along the branch’s exterior. Through the DepositSmart machine, Regions customers can use the ATMs to not only withdraw cash – but also make deposits of cash or checks at any time.

“Regions has been proud to serve the people and businesses of Dickson for many years,” said Lee Blank, metro Nashville market executive for Regions Bank. “This significant investment reflects our commitment to building on that legacy of service. We look forward to reaching more of our Dickson neighbors and helping them achieve their financial goals.”
